This paper is about the study of human resource management strategies of Beijing allday science and technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to allday company ) . With the development of Social Science and technology, to meet the information needs of the times, to lightning protection, grounding the industry. New requirements and standards is set for a particular industry body the professional development of mine produced, grounding products will continue to emerge the nuclear power, wind power, solar energy and other new lightning protection, grounding requires continuous upgrading of products, continue to independent innovation, and actively promote the production process of technological improvements, increase R & D strength to face the new demands of the rapid development of the fierce market competition.Allday company is currently to enter the international market, the new material production, about a critical period of the GEM Listing. The company has developed a clear strategy for growing enterprise . In order to ensure the smooth implementation of business strategy ,the company must be developed and business development strategies so that it can match the management of human resources management strategy. In this paper, the development status of mine industry as the background, in-depth analysis of allday company to human resource management at this stage the status quo. According the company's business background, human resources management.
