In recent years, with the national policy increasingly strengthened regulation of real estate, the real estate industry is facing a new situation, how to survive in the vast challenges of development. The real estate industry needs a large amount of funding, and resources are taken up more, in the real estate sales process,the level of sales staff for the smooth real estate transaction has a significant impact. However, in the environment has changed greatly, a lot of enterprises performance evaluation and compensation system has not changed, there are many problems in the salary incentive. As compensation incentives ultimate goal is to allow employees to get in return is proportional to its contribution. Through reasonable salary structure design, reasonable salary distribution ratio between the various parts, and through the performance appraisal to evaluate and salaried, in order to encourage their employees to act in accordance with an important indicator of performance appraisal to work hard, and thus achieve corporate strategic objectives important role.Although the current theory and practice of community for the enterprise performance appraisal and remuneration system and other aspects of growing importance, and treat them as human resource management is an important content, while the focus on research performance appraisal and compensation system set has the incentive function and have the same effect on firm performance.
