With the effectiveness analysis, try to construct the performance evaluation of three levels attitude ability harbour branch employees HP performance evaluation system. In the process of building the evaluation index based on enterprise strategy, main dual-law for guidance, Combined with a balanced scorecard (BSC) and key performance index method (KPI), the training specialist for example, to introduce the key performance indicator step-down decomposition and selection.
