As a pharmaceutical sales company,pharmaceutical companies will have many competitors in the market,facing difficulties and difficulties.Sales is one of the key links in the operation of pharmaceutical enterprises,and is also a guarantee for enterprises to achieve target profits and product values.In the increasingly fierce competition for pharmaceutical marketing,pharmaceutical retail enterprises must rely on efficient and effective sales team if they want to continue to grow and strengthen the market.Through scientific and perfect performance appraisal,it is effective for salesmen to manage,stimulate their potential and arouse their enthusiasm.Based on the related theory of performance assessment,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods to study the problem of the performance appraisal system of sales personnel of medical companies.Based on the two element method of main base,the performance evaluation index of sales personnel is determined and the weight of performance evaluation index is determined by the method of layer analysis.In order to optimize the performance appraisal system of the company's sales staff and improve the performance assessment level,it will help the company to expand the market and maintain its competitiveness.The results show that the turnover rate of sales personnel in the company is at a high level,and the performance assessment system is not reasonable,the performance evaluation cycle is not scientific,the performance evaluation is not smooth,and the application of performance evaluation results is not in place.At the same time,the performance appraisal system of the sales personnel is proposed.To ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal system after the optimization,we have strengthened the communication and feedback of performance assessment,improved the level of overall performance assessment,perfected the supporting system,strengthened the training of performance assessment,and strengthened the construction of enterprise culture.
