Research On The Training Management Model Of Nuclear Power Construction Person

Along with the growing proportion of nuclear power plant capacity in the new clear energy, the high quality construction process of nuclear power is the basis of ensuring the operation of nuclear power units in safety, stability and efficient condition. The safety awareness and professional skills of nuclear power construction personnel plays an important role in construction quality of nuclear power units. It is necessary to establish a set of training management system for the construction of nuclear power station.Firstly, analyze the characteristics of nuclear power construction persons, including: the trend of younger age, the level of education and vocational skills is still low, the mobility is large, and the changeable of labor relations. Secondly, the nuclear power has many features, which are the high investment, long construction period, complex operation environment and special type of operation. On the one hand, the several major problems of current training management is summarized:the training target is not clear, the cognition for training management exist in construction person, the supervision of training is not enough, the evaluation system of training management is not perfect. The cause of the trouble is analyzed. On the other hand, the basic principles of systematic training model, the systematic approach to training, the transitional training system model and SA training system model are introduced. The design of the training management system for nuclear construction person is expounded from three aspects, the first step is confirming the training method and object, the second is the preparation and implementation of training, and the last step is the evaluation process of training. At last the training management model of nuclear power construction person is set as: Training-assessment-authorization-post. A case for construction persons of nuclear power is analyzed.
