Performance evaluation has been seen as an integral part of business planning and control.With the enterprise roles, the changes in external demand, the increase of competition, enterprise performance evaluation gets more and more attention by people, the performance evaluation is also becoming an important method for enterprise management. BSC is a management tool that is widely used in the corporate performance evaluation. It takes systematic and strategic concept as a whole, and it combines the financial and non-financial indicators, qualitative and quantitative evaluation phase supplement. The introduction of BSC in the operations management of enterprise can achieve enterprise, department and personal goals been agreed and coordination, updating the strategic thinking of company, and improving the implementation of the strategy and competitiveness, ensure the realization of corporate strategic objectives BSC has been used in Chinese companies for seven or eight years, our enterprises has a preliminary understanding form theory to practice about BSC. But it is undeniable that although many Chinese enterprises already or trying to use BSC as a performance evaluation and theoretical is not sufficient, the limited of management level, the integration cannot become one as a result of BSC implementation is ineffective.In this essay, it takes the application of balanced score card in SYJX Group for the study, it uses of normative research, questionnaires, theoretical analysis and other methods, based on the current status and problems analysis of SYJX, it present the theory of balanced scored card, and it building for the company’s actual conditions BSC performance evaluation program.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction. It mainly describes the background and practical significance of the study, and a comprehensive description of the research status of the Balanced Scorecard, presented research methods and research. The second part is performance evaluation and Balanced Scorecard overview. In the generalization of the concept of performance evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard method, on the basis of the development process and elements, on the analysis of the necessity of the BSC performance evaluation applications. The third part, the analysis for the performance evaluation of the current status quo SYJX group. After a brief description of SYJX Group, it described the status quo performance evaluation SYJX group of companies. SYJX group discussed the current performance evaluation problems and causes.The fourth part, SYJX Group designed the balanced performance evaluation program. Based on theory and data, from a financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth perspective of the decomposition of four strategic objectives, designed to meet all levels SYJX Group objectives and targets of their own situation and determine its weight, and regular assessment of the implementation of the various department objectives.The fifth part, SYJX Group based on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Performance Evaluation.it takes the enterprise production department and the human resources department as an example to demonstrate the Balanced Scorecard embodiment Groups. Finally, a description of what the Balanced solve the existing problems in, after the implementation of what changes will bring results.
