The British philosopher Francis Bacon once said:"knowledge is power",technology research and development employee is the most core value of human resource in the software products company.The company who has lots of employees with core enterprises skills could have the ability for innovation,and can get good performance in competitive marketing,keep the invincible status.The ultimate competitiveness between enterprises is the knowledge talent,so the enterprise management also changed,especially in the high-tech enterprises.How to attract and retain these talents,especially technology research and development talent,and make their performance to maximize,all these become the most important business issue for of HR management.This graduation thesis focus on Yamu company's core R&D employee,the understanding and analysis of the present situation and the performance appraisal program,finds out the existing problems of the company.Design a new performance appraisal system by combined with the development strategy of enterprises via balanced scorecard and key performance indicators of the method.I hope this study can improve the current performance management of Dental Company and improve the overall human resource management of the company,not only for the company's strategic objectives but also for other similar companies to provide reference.
