Face "companies don’t train employees, the staff will be lost; training the employees, so employees will drain" dilemma, we refer to a large number of literature, and made a questionnaire survey about YM company staff training, and then puts forward the solution, mainly is the enterprise need to complete a set of Career planning guidance staff training system, give full play to the training services, school education and social public opinion on the role of staff training.In this paper, a total of six parts:first, the introduction part mainly discusses the research background, research significance, the domestic and foreign research review, research ideas and methods of this article, research innovation, etc. Second, the theoretical basis part. Introduce the theory of career planning and staff training, and the relationship between career planning and employee training, this paper studies the theory framework. Third, YM company staff training present situation and problem analysis. Through the questionnaire survey and statistics, analysis of the results of the survey, found staff training company goals and objectives of uncoordinated and employee training due to a lack of Career planning guidance to well reach the goal and effect of staff training and other issues, and then analysis the causes of problems; Fourth, build YM company Career planning guidance employees in the company training system, this part is the focus of this article, mainly for staff training problems put forward mainly from enterprise and employee both sides to seek solutions, enterprise change attitude to employee training, building perfect Career planning guidance staff training system, training and career planning staff should correctly understand the important relationship. Fifth, is the guarantee mechanism of YM company employee training system. From the main organization, facilities, the system security three aspects to ensure YM Career planning guidance employees in the company training system implement. Sixth, the conclusions and outlook.In this paper, we study the four conclusions:(1) the career planning is a kind of important human resources management tool, but using it needs certain conditions, the enterprise must have clear requirement for the development of the employees, staff management strategy has a certain continuity and stability, staff career planning and enterprise strategy development, enterprise internal management system is perfect, also need relevant management departments and personnel assistance and cooperation. (2) talent is key factor in the development of modern enterprise strategy, can retain talent has become the enterprise must attach much importance to the problem. To retain talent, we must understand the employee’s individual career planning and synchronicity and differences between the enterprise strategy development, give full play to the staff’s personal advantages, and help employees to realize self value. (3) the personal career planning is an important way of promoting the staff realize their own value, therefore, enterprises should strengthen the employee self value will carry out the work of training as the main breakthrough. (4) the enterprise to improve the efficiency of the staff training should be based on the selection and design of the career planning to staff training mode, method and content.
