With the constant improvement of China’s market economy system, thecompetition between the enterprises is also increasing, human resource has increasinglybecome the key of enterprises’ competitive advantage, to improve the competitiveadvantage of human resource, employee training plays an important role.Concerning thebackwardness practice of employee training in our country, however, it greatly reducesthe effect of employee training. For how to improve the effectiveness of employeetraining in our country, it is not only the enterprise’s own problem, but aslo relates toour country’s enterprises’ health and sustainable development.At present, the domestic literatures on employee training oriented research aremostly focused on the strategic orientation, competence oriented, service oriented,performance orientation, and so on, countermeasures and suggestions for employeetraining are mostly based on the enterprise internal, less refer to the government’ssupport for enterprise training.Facing the enterprise don’t train employees, employeeswill be lost, train employees, employees will aslo be lost, this study has based on therelated literature and a questionnaire on a state-owned enterprise, and found to resolvethis dilemma, it requires enterprises to build a set of employee training systemguidanced by career planning, at the same time it also need the government’ssupport,through the government’s support to mobilize the laws and regulations, trainingservices, school education, the power of public opinion, etc. Through theresearch’sexploration of employee training guidanced by career planning, we hopeenterpriseswill be able to cultivate talents and retain talents betterly.This research is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. Mainlyintroduces the research background, research significance, research ideas and methods,research emphasis, difficulties and innovations.The second chapter is the domestic andforeign related theory and comprehensive review of current research. Firstly define thebasic concepts and the characteristics of employee training guidanced by careerplanning;Secondly clear up the related research about the domestic and foreignemployee training and career planning; Finally about the literature review.The thirdchapter respectively introduces astate-ownedenterprise’semployee training surveyanalysis,employee training and career planning problems and cause analysis.The fourthchapter is the focus of this study, on the basis of the analyzes of the problems and reasons about the employee training, this research put forward countermeasures andsuggestions are mainly from three dimensionsabout the enterprise, employees,government.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Research conclusion of thispaper are mainly:(1)Career planning as a human resource management tool appeared inthe knowledge economy era, it’s not all enterprises are applicable, but need to havesome preconditions;(2)If enterprises want to retain talents betterly, it requires thecombination of individual employee different needs, design enterprise training conformsto the employees of short-term, medium-term and long-term career planning;(3)Toimprove the effectiveness of employees training, career planning is a good breakthrough.Career planning guidanced byemployees training as a kind of flexible training, has theincomparable advantage of the traditional rigid training;(4)At the beginning of theestablished career planning guidanced by employees training, the enterprise willinevitably exist many difficulties, until the system development mature, it will bringunexpected rewards to the enterprises.
