Study On TFE Training Of GT Company Based On TFE Career Planning

The development of the real estate industry into the "low-profit era" to reduce the margin has become the norm, fluctuations in the industry to extend the period, employees in career planning and self-growth areas need to adapt to new developments in the industry, improve staff training system is very pressing matters.In this paper, literature analysis, questionnaire, empirical analysis and case studies hair and other research methods, in-depth study of the current situation GT trained staff to investigate the training needs of employees. The study found that there is a problem of existing training five GT’s:First, the implementation of the training program is not high, training coverage can not be guaranteed. Second, the training system design is unreasonable, wide but not very deep, is actively involved in training staff is not high. Third, inadequate investment in training. Fourth, the training of teachers is not high. Fifth, assessment of the effectiveness of training is not enough. The study also found that employees generally lack a clear career plan, and they have high expectations for the training, but not satisfied with the current training. Combined with the actual needs of the industry and the company’s new situation, the paper constructs including new employee training, employee training and the backbone of the management team training, multi-level training system; proposed counseling, job rotation and manager certification training in three ways; drawn the implementation of training steps:find the gap, planning and impact assessment. GT’s proposal to set up the training group, the training work into the performance evaluation among the clear division of responsibilities of all personnel in the system to protect the smooth implementation of the training program.
