| Equipment Manufacturing is the core industry of national economy and the key point to improve the production technical level of Manufacturing. Recent years, China pushes the strategy of prospering the northeast old industrial base especially on the equipment manufacturing. That means the northeast equipment manufacturing was pushed into the strategic level.The enterprise training, which is centered upon realizing employee'full potential,emphasizing the personnel principal status and taking their professional career into account under the development of knowledge economy and Manufacturing globalization, has become a indispensable approach for the enterprises seeking competitive advantage. A perfect training system is the key to ensure the training validity, and it is composed of three subsystems: first, scientific training theory is the basic; second, a integrated training mode is needed; last, a training institution full of pertinence and prompting is needed to make sure the two subsystems before can run efficiently.This article summarizes three important problems existed in the training system in the northeast equipment manufacturing enterprises based on the questionnaire's analyzing result and in-depth interview: firstly, every part in the training mode is not comprehensive; secondly, the training neglects the employee's benefit; thirdly, lack of training system which have the pertinence and prompting. Aim at these problems, the paper builds a training system grounded on the career management and makes some suggestion on the enterprise training system of northeast equipment manufacturing. |
