| In the project management theory,the matrix organization was defined as the multiple-managed and the multiple-command structure system.And the experts have did a lot of research in the process of project management of multidimensional management can rise the flexibility, scalability, etc. But in the actual application process, there are many conflicts of multi management, higher communication cost.In this paper, combined with the current situation of the actual project of "B" company, verify the organization management structure of multidimensional virtual team to the matrix organization structure based on the complex in "B" company, a series of problems brought by the coordination and communication cost of higher unfavorable factors. In order to solve these problems, the author from the implementation of the existing IT project of "B" company starting, trying to improve the organizational form of virtual team, the power allocation for the re planning.In the succession of the matrix organization advantages at the same time, can be found to improve before the project implementation process problems. In this process, the author uses the basic principle and method of system science, organization theory and other fields, combined with the project management knowledge system, the implementation of the current IT project and promote the process of research, put forward a model of virtual team as a model of organizational structure.The solution to this model of virtual team can continue the advantages brought by characteristic matrix organization, but also solve the original matrix organizational structure such as multi management conflict in "B" company. Virtual team is new and improved form of project organization, and planning a set of effective power allocation for the project manager, improve the problem of manager’s responsibility to power small original project. And puts forward measures such as a set of new performance evaluation method, ensure the implementation effect of virtual team organization. The author in the implementation of data comparison test of the project, we can clearly see that, model of virtual team organization structure can effectively reduce the communication cost, and improve the implementation efficiency, make the project benefit greatly. In addition, through this research, we propose two points in the future virtual team organization still need improvement.
