SD Group Railway Construction Project Management Team Organizational Configuration Research

The construction quality of railway project is high,the construction period is tight,and the multi-professional work is needed to cross each other,the project management is difficult,and the ability of the construction enterprise to control the project is very high.With the rapid expansion of the scale of railway construction in recent years,the contradiction of the construction enterprise in the project management is also increasingly prominent.In reality,the enterprise management project "a grasp on the death,a release on chaos" phenomenon is very common.At present,railway construction enterprises in the enterprise level how to configure project management team organization has no mature theory to rely on.In particular,the research on how railway construction enterprises configure project management team at the enterprise organization level,from the information currently consulted,the country,inside and outside are still blank.Based on the SD group railway construction project,this paper makes a systematic research on the project management team from the aspects of organization structure,team member configuration,salary structure,all-round process control of the project management team and so on,and puts forward some countermeasures for the current situation of railway construction project management and the problems in the enterprise organization configuration project management team of SD group company.It can be used for reference to cultivate the core competitiveness of railway construction enterprises,improve the level of project management and implement project management for similar enterprises with project organization and management unit.The main methods used in this research are literature research,semi-structured interview and case analysis.By reading and analyzing the relevant documents of enterprise management,project management,organizational structure design and team management,the existing research results are sorted out and utilized,and combining with the construction characteristics of domestic railway projects and the problems existing in the allocation of railway construction projects in SD Group Company,the paper puts forward targeted solutions and methods.In addition,the author works in the company and adopts informal interview method,which ensures that the interview subjects can communicate in a relatively relaxed environment,and the data is more true and reliable,so it determines the availability of data and ensures the scientific nature of the conclusion of the article.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows :(1)the construction of project organization structure is the basis of the construction of project management team,and the organization structure that matches the characteristics and scale of the project is beneficial to the project management team to achieve efficient management;(2)the project organizationstructure design should be based on the principle of flat and efficient management,and its management level should not exceed three levels in general;(3)the project management team,the project manager is the soul,the core member is the cornerstone,the key to maintain the stability of the project management team members is to maintain the stability of the core members of the management team;(4)The enterprise should establish a project manager training,selection and evaluation mechanism,and promote the professionalization of the project manager.At the same time,the enterprise should establish a salary incentive mechanism consistent with the project manager evaluation system;(5)the enterprise organization should implement all-round process control to the project management team.Finally,this paper takes the construction project of a railway passenger dedicated line under construction in SD group company as a case,and uses the research results of this paper to optimize the project management team from the organizational configuration.
