As a complex product R&D project with knowledge elements as its important resources in the era of knowledge economy,the traditional fixed organizational model has been unable to adapt to the market environment of rapid product renewal,while the modules in the organizational model can not be effectively connected,and the development of the organizational model will be limited by possible situations such as asymmetric activities and unreasonable system between units and organizational processes.Therefore,the complex product R&D project needs to make appropriate adjustments according to the changing external environment and internal characteristics of the complex product R&D project organization,so as to improve the knowledge innovation of the whole complex product R&D project.Therefore,how to accurately describe and analyze the relationships among various units in the organizational model is an important basis for further improving the organizational model of R&D projects and carrying out optimization.As a knowledge-intensive complex product R&D project,its organizational operation basically depends on the smooth progress of each knowledge innovation activity,and the project members,as important carriers of knowledge innovation activities,are also an important part of the organizational model.Therefore,according to the above contents,this paper takes the project members as the organizational unit as the research starting point,and studies the organizational model of complex product R&D projects by means of knowledge management,so as to grasp and analyze the organizational model of complex product R&D projects more deeply and systematically from the perspective of knowledge management.In this paper,the organizational structure,organizational process and organizational system are the main components of the organizational model.Firstly,the design structure matrix(DSM)is used to establish the design structure matrix of knowledge innovation activities and the design structure matrix of project member relationship,to visually analyze the dependencies among knowledge innovation activities,activities and members,and project members involved in complex product R&D projects,and then to describe the organizational structure of complex product R&D projects.On this basis,the complex network is used to simulate the relationship among members.Combining with the spontaneous knowledge and behavior characteristics of project members,the importance of member nodes in the project member network is ranked by improved K-shell decomposition method,and the key members in the organization are identified for more reasonable staffing,which is the basis for more reasonable arrangement of organizational processes and systems.Finally,the organizational model is studied from three dimensions of organizational structure,organizational processes and organizational systems.Finally,taking BC Company’s research and development project of new unpowered transmission as an application case,this paper verifies and analyzes the above-mentioned research model of organization mode of complex product research and development projects,and further analyzes the sensitivity of this case,so as to obtain the main influencing factors of the case project organization mode,improve the feasibility and robustness of the research model,and provide theoretical basis for the optimization of organization mode of complex product research and development projects under different backgrounds.
