The large-scale construction project is a complex openning system, the success or failure of management of which relates to not only the main participators, but also the development of the national economy.. At present, based on the information network technology, the construction project management theory is developing on the integrated direction, which is becoming the mainstream. As the strut system of the construction project integration management, study on organization structures, relatively, at present still is in the border. But it is being also caused the value about research of the corresponding integration organizational structure. Therefore, the paper is for the purpose of researching effective organization strut system for the integration management of the construction project, wishing that there is practical and the reference valueFirstly, the paper regards the project organization by the system view, and thoroughly elaborates project organization's essence, and proposes macroscopic analysis frame of the organization system. Then the paper first elaborates trend of the construction project integration management, and analyzes that the integration of the strut system of which is inevitable. For fundamentally constructing integration organizational structure, the paper first time introducts'Team-based Organization"(abbr:"T-organization") theory into the construction industry, as the important rationale of this paper study.With instructing of the T-organization theory, the paper multianalysises unreasonable questions of the industrial structure in our country construction industry, and suggests that enterprises in construction industry need to construct T-organization (and produces the SVL model), further,intrinsicly optimizes and adjusts industrial structure, thus which provides the intrinsic foundation and the external environment resources for the integration organization structure of the large-scale construction project. Based on this, the paper structures T-organization mode:of the Loosely Throng of independent team (LT)based on the hypothesized construction and the T-organization theory, and elaborates the model from macroscopic and microscopic view. For the first time,the paper proposes the concept of the Project Integrated Team(PIT),and detailedly studies the interior operation way and its team transaction structure of the PIT. Finally, A empirical analysis is made of the research models with t some large-scale petrification project of our country.The paper takes the system theory, the T-organization theory, the construction project integration management theory, and so on, as the rationale, giving priority to the qualitative study with the quantification. At the same time, with the fundamental research and the empirical analysis, the paper pays attention to usability of the research results.Innovation parts of the paper:(1) Introducting T-organization theory into the construction industry;(2) Constructing the large-scale construction project LT based on macroscopic and microscopic view, and proposing the concept of the core level and the loose level, of the core participators and the loose level participators;(3) Proposing PIT concept and structure model based on the Sub- project.
