In recent two years, the traditional financial industry is facing challenges from financial innovation of Internet enterprises. The rapid development of Internet finance is pushing for comprehensive reform of traditional financial enterprises. This does not only include the reform of the business modelbut also include the reform of the management model including the reform of performance management of financial enterprises.This thesis chooses the traditional financial enterprise A company as a. case, and uses Human Performance Technology model, through the field performance investigation of A company, to research and analyze the problems reflected. Through the research on performance management of A company, it is found that the performance management problems of A company at this stage are mainly:employee performance culture identity continued to decline; the validity of performance planning and conduction are facing more challenges; performance reviewsare becoming formalities and feedback guidance is ignored; the ranking standards are questioned, and forced ranking rationality and fairness are challenged; performance results application rationality needs continual improvement.The author analyzed the causes of the problems existing in current performance management system in A company, considering the financial industry in the changing external environment, explored solutions and strategies to address the performance problems, and designed optimization scheme of performance management to adapt to the future development of A company. The project mainly has the following five aspects:first, starting from the refining the core value of A company, promote the managers and staff of the company core values of identity; second, optimize set of the overall strategy of A company based on target decomposition path and goals; third, strengthen effective methods and guidance to examine the strong performance; fourth, increase the occupation development channel, clarify the series performance ranking standard; fifth, clarify the performance results oriented resource allocation.On the basis of the optimized scheme, combined with A company’s own situation, the author made analysis of optimization scheme of the smooth implementation of the organizational readiness, system readiness, cultural readiness training readiness. These measures are also beneficial supplement to the optimization of performance management scheme.
