| The tax department is responsible for the task of tax revenue,and is one of the important economic functions of the government.At present,the tax authorities are working hard to strive for the goal of public service and modern management,and building a performance evaluation index system has important theoretical and practical significance to the realization of the target.With the gradual use of performance management in the tax system,tax authorities at all levels have made efforts to do a good job in performance management.Although in the past two years,the tax department has achieved significant results in the process of performance management,but there are still some problems.How to strengthen performance management and improve organizational performance has become an important issue for the national tax department.This paper starts from the actual situation of the national tax system of XX city,through the investigation and analysis to study the problems existing in the performance management and analyze the reasons of the problems.On the basis of referring to the relevant theories of performance management,the paper use the balanced score method to design the key performance indicators of the National Tax Bureau of XX city,form into virtuous circle process.Thus,the functions of IRS will full play in boosting the scientific development of economy society in XX city. |
