Performance management is an important link in the process of enterprise management, and a scientific and effective performance management system can not only guarantee the fairness and rationality of organization internal assessment, but also bring vitality to the development of the organization under the incentive function of performance management. Being an innovation achievement in the modern business management field, performance technology is a scientific tool and methodology means, and its application in organization performance management can help us to improve the organizational performance. This paper makes M Aerospace Institute as the research object, and systematically studies the performance technology applied in the M Aerospace Institute’s performance management, with the purpose of improving its enterprise performance and providing reference for the promotion and application of performance technology in other enterprises and the transformation of large state-owned enterprise performance management system.Using the relevant theories and methods of the performance technology, and based on the ISPI performance technology model, this paper evaluates the performance overview through the comparison analysis method and finds the performance gap according to the performance expectations and status; And then, using the method of questionnaire survey and factor analysis, it analyzes the causes of the performance gap and then finds out the crux. Furthermore, the regression analysis method is adopted to empirically inspect the number relationship between the performance gap reasons and M Aerospace Institute performance. On the basis of the above, this paper selects the intervention programs and measures for the M Aerospace Institute performance improvement, including the design and development, the application and implementation effect evaluation. The results show that: The application of performance technology in M Aerospace Institute’s performance management system is effective, and it has realized the goal of improving the corporate performance.
