At present,the success of an enterprise depends more and more on the ability to manage human capital.Therefore,FS Bank Shenyang branch in order to survive in the fierce market competition,we must improve the performance management level of the company.Under the guidance of achievement needs theory,expectancy theory and reinforcement theory,using the methods of literature research,normative research method and statistical analysis and other research methods,This paperstudies the improvement of employee performance management system of FS bank Shenyang branch.This paper analyzes the present situation of employee performance management system of FS bank Shenyang branch,analyzes the problems existing in employee performance management system,and analyzes the causes of these problems.On this basis,the thesis puts forward the improvement strategy of employee performance management system,and studies the guarantee measures for the implementation of the improved strategy.The main problems of employee performance management system of FS bank Shenyang branch including the lack of effective performance plan and performance management commitment,that is just the human resources department,performance management is performance appraisal,performance appraisal and performance evaluation is not scientific,the lack of effective coaching and communication,the lack of effective performance feedback and interviews.The application of performance appraisal results is not enough.The causes of these problems include unclear management understanding of performance management,ineffective implementation of middle-level staff and lack of professional ability.The improvement of employee performance management system of Shenyang branch of FS bank,should focus on the integrity of the performance management system,performance plan and performance to determine the commitment to establish the scientific performance appraisal index system,to improve the performance appraisal and evaluation,to adhere to the performance of communication and counseling,to timely performance feedback and improvement,the use of the performance check.In order to improve the implementation of the performance management system of FS bank Shenyang branch to do performance management training work,to improve the quality of staff recruitment and selection,should pay attention to the employee occupation development,to establish and improve the incentive mechanism,to establish the advanced performance management system.This study not only helps FS bank Shenyang branch improve staff performance management and overall management of human resources,improve the bank's market competitiveness,but also for the development of the industry as a whole.
