In recent years, the rapid development of China’s enterprises, small and medium enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms. But the small and medium-sized enterprise management need to think about and solve the problem,that is how to make the achievement and maintain long-term developmen in the market of increasingly fierce competition. The talent competition is getting more and more attention of the management, and enterprise human resources management has become the focus of management, and performance appraisal is the focus of human resource management, so to establish a set of reasonable, effective and scientific system of performance management is their urgent needs.Taking SDDC Technology Company as the research object, combining with performance management theory of modern enterprise, especially small and medium-sized private enterprises performance management theory, the paper analyzes the SDDC Technology Company’s existing problems and the reasonsin performance management through on-the-spot investigation and research, and provides improved scheme in view of the existing problems. Then it concludes the SDDC Technology Company performance management system optimization scheme, and also hopes it can perform reference significance for other similar enterprises.The first part of this paper puts forward the research background and significance, the research literature review, the primary coverage and the research framework. The second part makes the a conceptual description and research for related theory of enterprise performance management. The third part introduces the enterprise’s background and performance management status and analyzes the existing problems of enterprise performance management. The fourth part describes the optimization of enterprise performance management system. Considering various factors, combining with the enterprise’s own actual situation, the establishment of suitable for enterprise performance management system is presented. The fifth part is the implementation and evaluation of enterprise performance management system. And the sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.This paper focuses on combination of theory and the enterprise’s actual situation, grasping the characteristics of small and medium-sized private enterprises, leading the enterprises to establish a correct concept of performance management, promoting the combination of performance management and enterprise strategy, which is important reality for enterprises to develop.
