Modern agricultural enterprises are an important part of China's modern economy.In recent years,with the rapid economic development and the improvement of modern technology,modern agricultural enterprises are also facing new opportunities and challenges.Modern agricultural enterprise managers have also had to think about how to consolidate their existing economic status and achieve greater development.The employees of the company are the basis for the survival and development of modern agricultural enterprises.At the same time,we must also realize that under the new competitive situation,only modern employees in the agribusiness industry are not enough,and employees must be dedicated.The theoretical circles and management practitioners believe that only dedicated employees will actively work and will actively think about the problems that arise in the work,and provide more reasonable suggestions to help enterprises solve the difficulties encountered.For modern agricultural enterprises,establishing a highly dedicated workforce has become an important strategic tool for modern agricultural enterprises to achieve sustainable development and occupy a core competitive position.The existing scholars' research shows that organizational support is a very important factor in many factors affecting employees' engagement,and plays an important intermediary role in the impact of human resources management on employee engagement.Based on previous literature research,this study selected six representative modern agricultural enterprises in Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces as research objects.A total of 220 corporate employees were selected as research samples,and relevant research hypotheses were proposed to carry out research samples.Questionnaire survey and data analysis.In the hypothesis test,the article explains the hypothesis test results and the discussion analysis results.The analysis results finally verify that the human resource management strength has a significant positive effect on employee engagement,and the sense of organizational support in the human resources management intensity to employee engagement The influence has played an intermediary role.In the last chapter of this paper,based on the results of the study,the author points out the deficiencies in this article,and puts forward suggestions for related research in the later stage of the theoretical circle,and summarizes the whole article.
