Engagement refers to employees with a strong spirit of the masters,and work as the owner of the enterprise,and strive to achieve the company's mission and goals;in the work,they feel their work is organized seriously,every effort is approved.If talented employees are unable or unwilling to give full play to their talents,or their priorities,then,even if the enterprise toil with no gain,with a strong talent pool,its prospects should be not optimistic.Jack,President of General Company,once said:"Any company that wants to win the competition must try to make every employee work hard".Thus,how to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and enhance their engagement have become a problem that managers must consider.As a regional landscape services unit in the biggest city of China,the Xiangshan(Fragrant Hills)Park staff have particularity differences from other organizations of employees,the employee engagement is a key important influencing factors on individual and organizational performance.This viewpoint is on the focus of increasing attentions of related issues,and it is currently in the process of good development.Study on the factors of employee engagement in Xiangshan(Fragrant Hills)Park and its influence,will help to deepen the understanding and awareness of employee engagement.It is also helpful to the evaluation of employee engagement.The targeted measurement of employee engagement helps to improve employee engagement,and personal development that is important to the development of the park.Taking Xiangshan(Fragrant Hills)Park as a case,this paper uses questionnaire survey to collect data,and analyzes the data by SPSS 19.This paper identifies the influencing factors of employee engagement,and makes a systematic analysis of the influences of it.The main conclusions are as follows:Six dimensions of occupation prospects---Career prospects,job value,organizational communication and collaboration atmosphere,organizational management system,organizational treatment and working environment,six dimensions have a significant impact on employee engagement.The scientific and systematic research on the influencing factors of employee engagement,not only contributes to the park management for employees to create a better working environment and conditions,but also has important significance reference to formulation of a long-term development strategy for the Xiangshan(Fragrant Hills)park.
