The contemporary global economy is changing rapidly,and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.More and more companies realize that short-term survival is easy,and long-term development requires management art.Talent has become one of the most important factors for the long-term development of enterprises.It is important to attract talents,but it is more important to retain and manage talents for a long time.Many companies are not paying enough attention to employees or shifting their focus.As a result,although many employees are willing to invest more in the enterprise,they do not pay enough attention to their work due to various internal and external reasons,or they have more untapped potential,which eventually leads to low efficiency and brain drain of the enterprise.State-owned medicine exchange takes medical institutions and medicine & device trading companies as the service object that is a third-party medicine electronic trading platform with medicine and medical device as transaction subject matter,and the nature of state-owned enterprises determines their particularity.The profitability and public welfare of state-owned enterprises coexist,its business mission and policy mission coexistence showing relatively high organizational stability,and the subject of personnel decision-making is also more diversified.The study of state-owned medicine exchange's employee engagement can serve the development needs of D company today on the one hand,and it can expand the existing application area of engagement on the other hand.This paper takes D company as the main research object,according to the existing literature theory about employee engagement at home and abroad,and the research on the factors affecting the degree of engagement,based on the Gallup Q12 questionnaire survey and analysis method,combined with the development of D company itself to study employee engagement.According to the four levels of employees demand-basic needs,spontaneous recognition,a sense of belonging and common growth of thecompany's internal employee engagement questionnaire survey analysis.Through SPSS23 statistical software,the individual factors of employees,including gender,age,education,seniority,management level,salary level,etc.,are also analyzed.At the same time,it also analyzes the internal mechanism,promotion method,training opportunities,the impact of external environmental factors such as career development on employee engagement of D company.The research results show that D company's employee engagement has the most problems in terms of basic needs,followed by the sense of belonging and common growth,indicating that the issues of inclusiveness,communication,and division of labor within D company have yet to be improved.Finally,based on the analysis results,the management suggestions for improving the engagement of D employees are put forward.
