Employee engagement is one of the determining factors in affecting enterprise performance. There are a great amount of research findings in different perspectives to search for affecting causes of employee engagement. However, this dissertation aims to explore the relationships between the employee engagement and their recognition of Human Resources Management System as the cutting point. The relationship model concerning on the employee engagement and their recognition of human resources management system can be established with the application of other related theories of the employee engagement and human resources management system. Such relationship model should be modified after the investigation and finally be used to reflect on the work of human resource management from the aspect of human value, and used to put forward some suggestions for improvement.
