When the development of the society at the same time become increasingly dependent on information technology, the demand for IT management also will become more urgent. Throughout the course after information technology, large-scale IT systems in the experience had brought turmoil and confusion construction, IT users are informed choices embarked on the construction of IT management. In recent years, especially in IT Service Management to establish international standards, so that the best practice ITIL foreign domestic insight gradually being accepted and integrated into the daily IT management, and achieved great success. Especially the financial industry, some companies, as a pioneer of IT service management building, the first to experience the advanced international standards and the introduction of foreign IT maintenance and management work, and the formation of a self-advantage with industry and business characteristics, and improve the enterprise’s core competitiveness.This paper analyzes the present situation of the management of IT services, the system introduces the meaning and the embodiment of the ITIL service management theory, and ITIL service management theory expounded in Z bank specific job applications. Through their daily work operations and service management theory combining the bank discovered the existence of the current Z in IT service management implementation issues, and made specific recommendations for improvement.
