Research On Present Situation And Development Of Agricultural Extension System In Wuwei

With the continuous development of our country’s economy, the change of society, people’s demand for a better life and abundance of material desire is also growing. Moreover, China’s agricultural population accounts for 47% of the country’s population, agricultural economy development which is a very important problem, relates to the national economy continues to boom or not, is the direct embodiment of the national life level. Wuwei is not only an important economic on the Silk Road, but also is one of the leading producer of agricultural products in HEXI region of greens of melon, fruit, grain, oils and vegetables etc. Therefore, put the Wuwe agricultural extension system as the research object, To analyze Wuwei agricultural extension and emerging issues, for establishing a new type of Wuwei agricultural extension system, which has important significance and reference value.In this paper, Through questionnaires and other forms to investigate the Wuwei’s current agricultural development situation. It have some problems as follows:(1) Weather conditions limited the development of agricultural in Wuwei City. It can divided into the Southern mountains, Irrigation district in central and Northern desert climate zones on the basis of geological, where southern and northern mountainous desert region unfit growing grains.(2) The commissioner play the role of agriculture extension system with little success after analyzed and investigated. (3) The effectiveness of the current agricultural extension is poor. The reason maybe concludes in engaged in persons engaged in agriculture education level is low, inadequate agricultural extension team building, and agricultural extension personnel security system is not perfect and so on. Therefore, it needs further analysis of the text in Wuwei City, geology climate, affecting personnel management system, government policy guidance and other factors on agricultural extension work in Wuwei City. Study the stage of Agricultural Technology Promotion content in Wuwei City. And analysis the benefits and disadvantages of agricultural extension commissioners systemBased on above study and discussion, the paper studied the principles, goals and tasks in the new Agricultural Extension System of Wuwei City. Then lay the foundation of the new Agricultural Extension System of Wuwei City.
