The Internet age,"consumption upgrade" seems to be the "after 80,90," the concept of new mankind special respect.This group of new new mankind would like to spend more money to save her daily life time cost and improve service quality,and then spend time on something more to please yourself.Just because of this trend,community O2 O projects are springing up.As a community traditional property companies have also started to transformation of administrators,if they still stay in security,cleaning,parking taxes,property taxes,will eventually go out of era of rapid development.Real estate developers have a large community of users is their natural advantages,let them into paying customers effectively,for the traditional property,they are not so good at.“Consumption upgrade” is prevalent between people who are born in 1980 s and 1990 s,known as Y Generation.This group is willing to spend more on quality service to save time for other leisure.Because of this trend,community Online-To-Offline(O2O)projects are springing up.Strata management companies,which play an important role in managing community,is starting to reform.If they still stay in security and maintenance,parking and levy,they are less possible to survive in the current market.Having a large number of community residents,who can be the potential APP users,is the biggest advantage of real estate developers.However,the traditional strata management companies are not master to keep those potential users in the E-platform and make them pay for it.O2O industry market in 2016 the overall market value of 117.46 billion yuan,increased by 53.8% over a year earlier,in 2017 is expected to exceed 300 billion yuan,and with the community economy seats of property management industry annual income has more than 200 billion yuan.Statistically,community O2 O projects as long as provide convenient service for residents daily life demand,never leave home can let residents living arrangement,the development of community O2 O will naturally welcomed its first dividend.But has had an operation of community O2 O case analysis,generally show the model is similar,low viscosity and experience,the APP users to efficient programming,and so on and so forth.In APP development thinking of process,how to solve the property control tools and community interaction between online mall function is the key to the APP pain points.Compared to the previous year,O2 O industry market increased 53.8% in 2016 to 117.46 yuan,and it is expected to exceed 300 billion of RMB in 2017.As the beneficiary of community O2O's thriving,property management industry's annual income is over 200 billion of RMB.Statistics,as long as community O2 O projects are able to provide convenient service to shows that the models are similar,which is lack of innovation.Meanwhile,lack of user loyalty and less use-friendly experience are other problems.When developing the APP,it is crucial to consider how to address the problem of interaction between property control tools and E-commerce function.As the research object,based on the BL company to the company's human resources planning as the research content,on the basis of O2 O model of demand,using the theory of human resources and human resources planning,through to the BL company business requirements and an analysis of the present situation of human resources,using the scientific method for data acquisition,and internal and external environment analysis,to develop BL company's human resources planning.At the same time,on the basis of BL company's particular case study to introduce human resources,training,performance appraisal,c&b related system system,prompted the reasonable use of human resources,cooperate with the needs of the development of organization.Through the study of this article,can cause BL company more clear cognition to the importance of human resource planning in the business enterprise growth,formulate and implement scientific and reasonable human resource planning,guidance of BL company human resource management and human resources development of the practice,promote enterprise fast ability to solve problems in the short term and long term perfect pay equal attention to both the establishment of the human resources policy system,help enterprises rapid development in the new business development,and maintain the core competitiveness of the enterprise,to overcome the defects in their own management system development is of great significance.Through the study of this article,aiming at helping BL company to understand the importance of human resource planning in the business enterprise growth;to develop and implement scientific and reasonable human resource planning;to guide BL company human resource management and human resources development of the practice;to promote enterprise fast ability to solve problems in the short term and long term perfect pay equal attention to both the establishment of the human resources policy system;to help enterprises rapid development in the new business development,and maintain the core competitiveness of the enterprise,to overcome the defects in their own management system development is of great significance.
