Modern competition among enterprises in the final analysis is the competition of talents. Since the reform and opening in China, the scholars to the theory of human resources research is gradually increasing, put forward many valuable views and theory of human resource theory, made outstanding contribution. With the national policies and regulations, industry and other aspects of the development, it gives the human resources work content also had new change and interpretation. In the real estate industry is like tea like fire development process, many enterprises have realized the importance of talents for enterprise development. In the next few years, real estate industry will still obtains rapid development, enterprise to thirsty, how to find the useful talent and retain talent, has become a large real estate enterprises human resources department urgent problems to be resolved. To the enterprise, how to conduct effective human resources management and enhance the strategic human resources management is the enterprise obtains the quality, the guarantee of the development of. This paper in the domestic and foreign literature research and human resources based on the exploration of the theory, in-depth analysis of the real estate enterprise human resource strategy and external environment condition, on the basis of H Real Estate Company human resource strategy formulation, implementation and suggest measures, empirical research from the point of view, sort out the human resources strategic target, according to the strategic objectives of the company and the human resources strategic target, build and perfect the human resources management system, so as to avoid risk, increase efficiency.In this paper, follow the question, the analysis problem, problem-solving ideas, comprehensive use of the method of literature review, theoretical and empirical method and case analysis and other methods, to fully understand the H Real Estate Company to operate the development strategy based on the future development of the company, to make clear the strategic target, based on the current situation of human resource of Ministry of inside and outside the company human resource environment of the detailed research and analysis, summarize the H Real Estate Company strategic human resources management of the status and problems of human resource strategy and target. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of enterprises to develop H Real Estate Company human resources strategic planning. The focus of this study is to determine the human resources strategy, human resources strategy to develop and implement system. Each chapter of the research contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction:research background, purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad and research ideas, methods such as overall discussion.
