| Energy issues has been the focus and hot topics of China’s economic development.China’s current energy situation is not optimistic, with growing consumer demand,increasing resource constraints; energy efficiency needs to be improved, energy savingtask is arduous; obvious contradiction between energy consumption structure andenvironmental pollution. Improving energy efficiency can help alleviate theseproblems, but also bring economic benefits, enhance the overall competitiveness of theeconomy. Construction industry is a high-energy, its energy consumption accounted for30%of total energy consumption. Therefore, the research of construction industry isof great significance. Sustained and rapid development of the construction industry inXi’an brought rapid rise in energy demand, energy consumption contradictionincreasing. Traditional growth model is facing severe challenges, Increasingly tenseconflict between the economic and energy of construction industry brought significantchallenges to Xi’an energy saving of construction.In this paper, the actual situation in Xi’an construction industry as an example tostudy the energy efficiency and energy issues of the construction industry. First,analysis the current situation of energy consumption in the construction industry ofXi’an. From the analysis, Xi’an construction energy consumption increases every year,the overall increase is large, and energy efficiency in the construction industry has notgreatly improved. Secondly, through the analysis of relevant literature, presented thefactors that influence the energy efficiency of the construction industry in Xi’an,including energy prices, industry concentration, industrial scale, the level ofconstruction industry development and technical progress. Using co-integrationanalysis the relationship between these five factors and energy efficiency. Studies have shown that cointegration relationship exists between energy efficiency and impactfactor. Again, through the study of factors affecting energy efficiency, further predictXi’an construction trends in energy efficiency. In the prediction, under the coordinationaffect of the five factors, construction of energy efficiency to the predicted value of thetarget year can be obtained. Then compare this predictive value and energy-efficientconstruction milestones in Xi’an, analysis the construction progress of energyconservation work in Xi’an, and propose improvements.In summary, when formulating long-term energy development strategy, the energyefficiency assessment should consider the impact of influencing factors. Based on theanalysis of these factors, further scientific predict the future value of energy efficiency,In order to provide a useful reference for the development of energy conservationpolicies Xi’an construction industry. |
