A rational organizational structure can guarantee normal operation ofenterprises, has been the ultimate achievement of the strategic objectives.Therefore, business management organizational structure is an importantcomponent part, supporting the development of enterprises. Object of thispaper is military department division of CSS company. There are somecontradictions because the organizational structure and development situationnot match. Therefore, through research the organizational structure inmilitary department of CSS company, given a suitable optimization programto improve the efficiency of departmental operations. This article cites studiesabroad, organization theory, the classical organization theory, organizationalbehavior theory and modern organization theory were explained, and theorganization and management of domestic military enterprises analyzes thecurrent situation.
