How to adjust the company's organizational structure with the change of external environment in order to maintain the company's momentum of development and market competitiveness is a long-term concern of management issues.Under the background of the slowdown of the overall economic growth,the transformation of growth mode and the adjustment of economic structure,the financial industry is also facing a new environment of deleveraging,risk reduction and strict supervision.More and more financial service institutions,especially small and medium-sized companies,are facing the challenge of maintaining the sustainable development of Companies in the new economic environment,and the establishment of corporate organizational structure is undoubtedly an important part of it.As a small private financial service company founded in 2011,Company N mainly deals in commodity derivatives trading of Tianjin Precious Metals Exchange.Under the circumstances of national policies encouraging financial innovation and the rapid development of personal investment and financial management market,it once achieved rapid development.However,with the tightening of financial supervision and the deterioration of market environment,corporate performance also declined rapidly.Through the research and analysis of company N,this paper finds that there are obvious problems in the development strategy,business scope and internal management of the company.Especially,the organizational structure of the company is seriously rigid,it is difficult to cope with the changing external environment and fierce market competition,and it is also unable to respond to the actual needs of customers in a timely manner.Therefore,this paper tries to give the plan of organizational structure reform of N company by combing the relevant theory of organizational structure,analyzing the external environment of N company and studying the company's own situation.That is,by establishing the organizational structure of matrix system,and further adjusting the organizational structure in Department setting,management authority and organizational coordination,the organizational structure of N company is more flexible and efficient.Avoiding the business risks brought by single business,we can better meet the challenges under the increasingly fierce market competition environment,conform to the company's new diversified development strategy,and then maintain the company's competitiveness.
