With the increasing downward pressure on the global economy and the outbreak of the global novel coronavirus pandemic in early 2020,the overall economic environment has become worse.In order to better adapt to the challenges of the new economic environment,all walks of life at home and abroad have adjusted their strategic planning and business model.China is a manufacturing,exporting and consuming country of lighting electrical products.In recent decades,LED lighting has been characterized by green,environmental protection and energy saving,thus promoting the rapid development of the entire lighting industry.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the growth rate of the industry has slowed down significantly in recent years.TH Group,as one of the leaders in the LED lighting industry,has made rapid strategic adjustments under the guidance of national policies,and proposed a strategic plan to start a second business focusing on the downstream application market,domestic general lighting,commercial lighting and its market segments in the future.The adjustment of corporate strategy will inevitably have a profound impact on the company’s organizational structure and corporate culture,and the form of corporate organizational structure will also affect the implementation of corporate strategy and the realization of strategic objectives.Therefore,how to effectively change the organizational structure after strategic adjustment and what security measures should be needed in the process of change have become a new topic for enterprises to think about.TH Group has adjusted the original organizational structure of the company in the context of 2020 strategic adjustment.According to the operation effect of nearly two years,there are still some problems in the current organizational structure of TH Group.In order to ensure the realization of the goals of the new strategic system,TH Group also needs to reform and adjust the current organizational structure again.The research methods of this thesis mainly use literature review method,case study method,investigation analysis method,expert consultation method and comparative analysis method to analyze the new strategy system and type of TH Group after adjustment,revealing that the new strategy puts forward new requirements for the organizational structure of TH Group.Through the questionnaire analysis of the status quo and problems of the current organizational structure of TH Group under the background of strategic adjustment,the investigation finds that the current organizational structure does not support the strategic objectives sufficiently,and the decentralization to centralized management reduces the quality of corporate strategic decision-making and the efficiency of organizational operation.The current organizational structure has not set up corresponding institutions for the "intelligent change" development strategy direction,and the current organizational structure control system disorder leads to the overall low operating efficiency of TH Group,which reveals the problems of TH Group’s current organizational structure and the necessity of reform.Based on the theoretical summary of the relationship between strategy and organizational structure,and combined with the relevant theories of organizational structure,this thesis proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the organizational structure reform of TH Group under the strategic adjustment--matrix organizational structure.And include the establishment of learning and innovative corporate culture,the establishment of a perfect system and process management system,strengthen the performance index assessment,do a good job in publicity and training,the establishment of more intelligent and efficient information system office system and improve the human resources management system and other organizational structure reform safeguards.
