In the factory management activities, on-site management is the basis for allmanagement activities, tidy and orderly fashion scene management is the basicguarantee of product quality and safety production; it is to improve productionefficiency, reduce production cost-effective scientific method. Lean Production andmodern market economy attendant, Lean production is the core of the way through avariety of effective means to achieve better cost-profit corporate purposes. So, at themoment it became the scene of enterprises to improve the most effective way.In this thesis, we take a sample of flange production line. Flange production lineis one of the core production in ZK. An advantage production process is combed resultfrom the product design, procurement, production, QC/QA system. It is theconcentrated expression of the on-site management. In this thesis, firstly check theon-site management action, review the status of production line process, processcontrol, logistics procedure, storage management, production environment and thebottleneck analysis; and according to the major problem, give the solution andimprovement plan.Apply the Lean Operation theory and method on the finding to popup the solutionand improvement plan. According to the request of modern Lean Operation theory,optimize the process sequence, via ECRS method (E-eliminate, C-combine,R-rearrange, S-simplify) this4main principles, decrease big amount of the non-valueadding action: remove the supernumerary transport and temporary inventory, reducethe operation and inspection work. The output of improvement: shorten the totaloperation time, cut the half of logistics roadmap, optimize the whole productionprocess.According to the analysis result, reallocate the assembly line inlet/outlet, adaptthe new “U” type assembly path; clarify the new work station via optimize productionsteps and location base on the pipeline balance, man-hour quota theory; put someproduction step in production line according to the Man-machine Analysis result tokeep all production step in order and continuously running (This also guarantee a fixedproduction period.)Via a series events study and analysis, construct an on-site managementimprovement method and system based on modern Lean Operation. Consequently,improve the efficiency and profit.
