Research On Application Of Lean Management In Natural Gas Pipeline Network Maintenance

As society increasingly concerned about environmental pollution,natural gas as a clean,efficient primary energy ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.BJ Gas Group is a state-owned enterprise operating clean energy,it is difficulty situation with the outer competition and inner transition,the original "old state-owned enterprises" formula has become obsolete,urgent need to find new ways to improve the management.Lean production is originated by Toyota Production System(TPS)in the 1960,its advocacy of production refers to consume less manpower,time,space and money producing minimal defective products and accurately meet customer`s demand.Lean management is an extension of lean production,that is the whole process of business management rationally allocate and use all the resources,the elimination of all waste and make improvements,so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper selects BJ Gas Group`s operation and maintenance institute as example,using actual operating conditions and data analysis of the status of gas pipeline network maintenance work,characteristics and problems.This paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of the use of lean thinking to improve,to solve this set of problems.Then,a detailed analysis of the " corrosion layer testing" and " condition-based maintenance " to carry out two pilot work,described the lean reform ideas,methods,practices,effects,and lists of lean management practices in the natural gas pipeline network maintenance results.For the old and new management model,the implementation of proof in such production activities lean management can indeed serve to improve the quality of personnel,reduce security risks,reduce waste of resources,enhance the effectiveness of maintenance and other effects,and thus to enhancethe enterprise management level and overall operational capability of the target.
