Lean production is the best organization and method in the current industry.Its basic idea can be summarized as a widely spread word,that is,Just In Time(JIT),the just-in-time production mode.Its core concept is "the pursuit of zero inventory" and "the pursuit of fast response,that is,quickly respond to market changes." It has been applied by more and more manufacturing enterprises.But,in the process of the implementation of lean production,many domestic enterprises only see the surface,mostly from the 5S management,JIT logistics began,but didn’t understand the meaning of lean thinking,no deep implementation of lean production in each link,so the implementation of the scope and depth of are very limited,the effect is not ideal.With the development of China’s garment industry,garment processing series from a single product to many varieties,in the process of the development of more and more garment enterprise has been quoting the lean production mode,in the use of the 5S management,"Kanban" management and "pull" methods of production,the effect of the implementation is far less than other advanced manufacturing industry,such as automobile industry.This study with A Garment Company as the research object,to A Garment Company on the current situation of implementation of lean production to objectively assess,a deep insight into A Garment Company after the implementation of lean production,reasons for no significant improvement in output and quality,including people management issues,the production plan control does not reach the designated position,IE technology and production line balancing and quality management problems,etc.And provide appropriate advanced strategies to address these issues,analyzed the reasons for the incomplete implementation of lean production in enterprises,help enterprises to improve the lean concept,improve the production planning and control,improve the IE technology and the production balance,implement the total quality management,full participation of quality management,effectively solved A Garment Company after the implementation of lean production,only the cleanliness of workshop has been improved,but the production and quality have no significant improvement.More importantly,the management and operators have been trained to participate in lean production,to raise the enthusiasm of problems,and to solve problems.Thus,it can provide some reference and suggestions for the same industry companies with similar problems.At the same time,due to the current industry environment tends to be digital management,enterprises do well in Lean,so that all production management data is available,which also lays a solid foundation for the future digital transformation of enterprises.
