With the progress of technology and the development of social economy,the demand for electric tools is gradually increasing,and the requirement for the quality of products is becoming higher and higher.In order to adapt to market competition environment,electric tool manufacturing enterprises have begun to optimize the production system,to improve the company's production efficiency and product quality,to occupy a favorable position in the fierce competition environment.A is a power tool manufacturer,the main products for the full range of power tools and accessories,which is one of the company's main products.In recent years,saw increased market demand,in order to survive in the fierce competition in the market environment and maximize profit,better development,enterprises need to change the traditional production and management mode,to improve the production efficiency,reduce cost,guarantee the quality of the production,in order to market demand for personalized and mass the need to make quick response.This paper takes the A company of electric tool blade production line as the object,in order to improve the production line balance rate as the goal,to lean thoughts,optimization method of production line balance and study ways to improve the production efficiency of the production line balancing technology,to achieve a balanced work load,improve the operation process,improve production efficiency objective.The main contents include:(1)In view of the production site investigation,measurement and data collection,to find out the problems of circular saw blade production line,under the guidance of lean thinking,put forward the improvement direction of production line balance.(2)Make use of the learning curve and the method of work measurement to establish the standard operation time,and improve the balance of the production line through the methods of program analysis and operation analysis.(3)Using the ECRS principle,human machine operation optimization principle of bottleneck station,man-machine operation is not reasonable,site layout problems existing in the process of improving the analysis,realize man-machine operation optimization,load balancing operations;on this basis,the establishment of minimum work station for the mathematical model of linear programming objective function programming,using the Lingo to solve optimization,production line balancing solutions that global operations.(4)The scheme for improvement of production line for modeling and Simulation of ED simulation software,in order to evaluate the capacity of circular saw blades and line balance improvement after improvement,in order to verify the production line of electric tool accessories blades to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.The results show that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper is feasible,which is helpful to improve the production efficiency and production capacity of circular saw blade,quickly respond to the market and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
