With the increasingly market competition day by day, the competition betweenenterprises is also becoming more and more sever. Human Resources has become the mostcritical success factor for each enterprise competition. The degree of employee engagementdirectly impact on the performance indicators of the company. The survival of theenterprise just by virtue of the products itself is not enough, and the dedicated efforts of thestaffs are closely related, the dedicated staffs and satisfied customers can contribute toenable enterprises to sustained and healthy development. The domestic employeeengagement is relatively limited, mainly foreign consulting company methodology,Chinese enterprises are urgent need for employee engagement incentive theory to guideand enhance the program.This thesis is based on well-known consulting company view of employeeengagement theory, to clarify the driving factors of employee engagement and motivateemployees to improve self-engagement. The main content of the Q12thesis includingintroduces the domestic and international Gallup consulting firm and Hewitt Associates3Semployee engagement and employee incentive concept to define the concept of employeeengagement, focusing on the analysis of various employee engagement important drivingfactors impact, in particular, study how to enhance employees engagement with targetedincentives plan.This thesis select KB Company employee engagement survey as research case toanalysis, per the KB employees distribution of services, departments, staff levels, gender,length of service, qualifications, age distribution and workplaces to conduct a detailedanalysis which focuses on the impact employee engagement driving factors and suggestionto motivate employees to enhance engagement. Play an active role to enhance employeeengagement KB Company and improve corporate performance.This thesis explored following areas:(l) Employee Engagement definition as well asthe important driving factors (2) Analysis KB Company employee engagement survey casedelve into the incentive and upgrade recommendations and implementation priorities, to provide useful help and learn from KB employee engagement survey case study.
