| According to the authoritative statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics,by the end of 2021,the number of enterprises in China has reached 48.42 million,and the modernization of enterprise management in China has developed rapidly.In the knowledge economy,people are the highest value assets of enterprises,and the competition of enterprises is essentially the competition of talents.In the process of enterprise development,how to retain personnel and manage the enthusiasm of core employees has become an important topic for sustainable development of modern enterprises.In recent years,the aging trend and urbanization level in China have been intensifying,and the elderly care industry is a new industry that the country and the people pay close attention to.In the elderly care market,many market segments,immature industry standards and models,and high professional requirements restrict the high-speed and sustainable development of the industry.At the same time,facing the advantages of the industry,such as high potential and large market demand,as well as the problems of long return on investment and single profit model,it is crucial for enterprise managers to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of key employees within the enterprise,cultivate highly engaged employees,form a good internal organizational atmosphere,and maintain the efficient operation of the organization and employees.Based on the above background,this thesis takes A financial line employees as the research object,mainly through six aspects of discussion,combined with the dimensions and corresponding tools of engagement measurement at home and abroad,and finally concluded that the main factors affecting A Group’s financial line employee engagement are organizational management mode,talent selection,compensation,employee training and development,and talent retention.Through the analysis of the employee engagement survey results,this thesis finds out the core factors affecting the company’s engagement and proposes corresponding improvement strategies,so as to enhance the company’s competitiveness,provide support for the company’s long-term development,and also have a reference role for the employee engagement management of enterprises in the same industry. |
