With the advent of the era of global economic integration, more and more companiesarrange production and develop marketing worldwide organization of production and carryout marketing. Participating in international cooperation in the international competition isthe common development road of enterprises from different countries. With the increasinglywide range of business competition, the strength of the competition intensified. So how doyou win in this fierce competition? Rich resources, advanced technology, strong capital andso on are not the key to win. The most fundamental and most critical is the human resources.Having a sufficient number of high quality talent is the basic and the enterprise premise towin in the competition.The talent competition is the most important factor in businesscompetition.The object of this study is the SD construction company in Qingdao City, Shandongprovince. In the stage of the company’s rapid growth, the company’s senior leadership hasbeen aware that the human resource management has become the constraint of its furtherdevelopment and growth, so they want the company to have a reasonable human resourcemanagement practices.By analyzing the human resources management system of the SD constructioncompany,this article tries to identify the problem which restricts the development of humanresource management, and proposed the strategy matching with the company’s developmentto achieve from traditional personnel management to modern human source management, inorder to enhance the competitiveness of companies in the same industry.This paper isdivided into five chapters, the main contents of each part are as follows:The first chapter is the preamble. The author describes the research background,significance, domestic and international status in human resource management theoryresearch, and research purposes and methods;The second chapter is the concept of human resources management, and brief discussionrelated to human resources management theory;The third chapter is the analysis of SD Human Resource Management. The staffresponsible for the management of human resources is non-professional and not standardized in terms of personnel recruitment process operation is not standardized, there have been thecase, and moreover, there have been high leaving frequency. All these have become issues tohinder the development of company.The fourth chapter is to analyze the problems of the SD Human Resource ManagementCo., Ltd. Human Resource Management. First of all is the concept of human resourcemanagement executives is relatively backward, making the entire human resourcesmanagement in the initial stage of Personnel Management. In addition, the recruitment ofnon-standard operations, there are still traces of family management, staff wastage etc.The fifth chapter is the appropriate recommendations for improvement for SD HumanResource Management by exploiting the knowledge of human resources management. Suchas the introduction of modern human resource management, achieving scientific andstandardized recruitment, establishing a new personnel system, improving human resourcemanagement mechanisms, etc.Some problems to the management of human resources of are discussed in this article byuse of the knowledge of human resources management and through research and analysis. Onthis basis, it put forward the proposal of establishing SD Architectural Design Limited humanresources management system, aiming to designed to meet the urgent need of the reality ofthe company, so as to promote the sound development of the company.
