The paper is mainly about the upgrade human resources planning and personnel integration strategy for H Telecom Co. M & A is not only financial resources and material resources of the process of integration, more importantly; the process of integration of human resources and its main purpose is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, to gain more market share. Human resources are the core competitiveness of enterprises. After the merger human resources and stability of the enterprise will bring substantial competitive advantage in the process of mergers and acquisitions, human resources must be fully aware of the extreme importance of Integration. Application of qualitative analysis of paper and a combination of quantitative analysis, through interviews with focus groups, seminars, in-depth interviews, secondary data, such as obtaining access to the basis of quantitative research, using questionnaires for data analysis, in-depth analysis of H Telecom Co. after mergers and acquisitions and issues facing the status quo, the company's staff integration after M & A ideas and measures. Of human resources management system, including all aspects of job management, salary management, training management, performance management and corporate cultural analysis, H Telecom Co. human resources management system upgrade and integration strategy.
