With the advent of knowledge economy, S&T human resources have become the most important strategic resources of a country or region. But for a long time, our research has been concentrated on the movement of rural surplus labor force, and there is less study on the flow of S&T human resources. However, with the reform and speed up economic restructuring, S&T human resources'flow has become increasingly frequent. Under such a background, research on the flow of S&T human resources'has a theoretical and practical significance. This article firstly introduces the background and the value of the research as well as its related literature review and research foundation, and also defines the research object and the approach of the research.Then expatiates the basic theories of the flow of S&T human resources and labor market segmentation,and introduces the influence of labor market segmentation on S&T human resources'flow. Then, we discuss the processes and the status quo of China's science and technology human resources flow, which is as the groundwork of the next part. Then study the mechanism of our country's science and technology human resources flow from the perspective of the labor market segmentation, and then build a S&T human resources'flow model which based on the labor market segmentation to take further exploration for the S&T human resources'flow and give some advices to promote the rational flow of the S&T human resources. Lastly, this article sums the main research conclusions, innovative points and the limitations as well as the directions for further study. |
