Any business development strategy has a certain relevance and timeliness. Enterprises to grow and develop, we must develop enterprise development strategies, which is an important strategy of the relationship between corporate survival and development, and develop a strategic development plan in line with the actual situation can encourage enterprises to the development of faster and better.In this paper, combined with the actual situation in the study of domestic and international strategic management theory and research results on the basis of modern strategic management theory to guide corporate business strategy development and effective implementation.
