| Abstract:Huihuang Construction Engineering Group is a large corporation which mainly deals with engineering construction, real estate development and mining development. As a large group in Hunan construction engineering market, the group has been keeping in steady development. But in recent years, under the competition of diversified pattern, the steadying development and increasing market share are becoming further difficult. Under the condition of shrinking market of industrial construction and rapidly developing market of civil construction, big exchanges have occurred in the management pattern of Hunan construction industry. At the same time, the situation of over-supply is becoming normal and market completion is daily furious. Those conditions have brought severe challenge for the group to consolidate its advantages and improve the market share.Based on this, this paper firstly discusses the research background of Huihuang construction Engineering Group and the research significance to the group. It adopts case studies, comparative analysis and other methods. Secondly, it states the theoretical basis, which is the development process of enterprise strategy management theory. It also concludes a lot of strategies executed by multinational construction companies in recent times which provides the comparative template for further study.
