Orgnaization of social insurance agency service ability is related to the operation ofthe social security system, therefore, study of orgnaization of social insurance agencyservice ability is of great significance. By the end of2011, our country social insuranceinstitutions a total of7635, compared with2000increased by2851, the social insuranceagencies significantly enhance ability of hardware and software are, for the socialinsurance system run efficiently to lay a solid foundation. Orgnaization of socialinsurance agency as the principal part of the implementation of the social insurancesystem its working efficiency and efficiency of the continuous improvement of the socialsecurity system plays a very important role. With the rapid development of our country’ssocial insurance business, the level of socialization of orgnaization of social insuranceagency, informationization and standardization level put forward higher requirements,orgnaization of agency of challenge the traditional management mode, so it is urgent toimprove the service ability of orgnaization of agency of.In this paper, we study the fundamental problem is, how to improve the serviceability of orgnaization of social insurance in shenyang, this to promote the social stabilityand security, protect the fundamental interests of people in society, meet the demand ofthe development of the society, improve the level of the construction of socialistadvanced culture is of great significance. The purpose of this paper is to improve theservice ability of the social insurance agencies in shenyang, provide theoretical basis anddata support for the policy adjustment. From the working environment and servicefacilities, business processing variables such as team building, the person in charge, inshenyang, analyzing the present situation and problems of orgnaization of socialinsurance agency service ability in order to improve its service ability, promote thefurther development of the social security system, transform government functions,building a service-oriented government.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the relatedconcepts and theoretical basis. The second chapter of shenyang, orgnaization of socialinsurance agency service ability present situation investigation, analyzes the existingproblems and combining the research results and the reasons. From the workingenvironment and service facilities, business processing, handling personnel team construction and other variables, combined with questionnaire survey, clear serviceability present situation, problems and the reasons. The fourth chapter elaborates on the present situation offoreign service ability of orgnaization of social insurance agency, from the aspects suchas human resources, organizational structure, business process analysis of the currentsituation of Australia and Canada, orgnaization of social insurance agency. The fifthchapter research conclusion. Shenyang, based on the defects existing in the serviceability of orgnaization of social insurance agency, put forward the Suggestions for theimprovement of its service ability.
