According to the survey data,in recent years, number and size of the dispatchemployees were growing trend,dispatch from a secondary form of employment isgradually transformed into a mainstream form of employment,dispatch employeeshave become an important part of human resources,dispatch employees managementare increasingly important for the survive and development of enterprises.But infact,as a special group,there are many problems.Therefore,many companies will beplaced in front of a problem:how to better manage labor dispatch employees toimprove their job performance.This study field based on the previous research on job performance,with thedispatch employees as the research object,the research perspective turns to workhappiness,using the previous research to deeply analyze the contains factors of workhappiness,and establish a new theoretical model, and finds out the relations betweenwork happiness and their work efficiency. This research has experienced two monthsof empirical research, collecting312effective cases in different companies fromdifferent industries, so the data has a rational basis.The main content of this study is exploring the labor dispatch employees′workhappiness impact on job efficiency; A few conclusions have been got as follows:Based on previous results,the study object in this paper is dispatch employeeand explains work happiness and efficiency dimension. Then pointing out that therelaitonship between work happiness and job efficiency was lossen. I summarize thework happiness into six dimensions, then build the mode used to elaborate therelationship between the work happiness and and job performance. Also, I willpropose the some hypotheses.After analysis, we got the main results as follows:First,conclusions about the general description.In addition to personal situationhappiness and social situation happiness,the happiness of work-related aspects are atthe below of middle level,which shows the work happiness of dispatch staffs is notvery good,so from pay and benefits,the work itself,career development,organizationalstatus and other aspect should to be improved.On job performance,the task performance level is higher than the contextual performance,this shows that the performance of the dispatch staff to be furtherimproved,such as help and encourage colleagues proactively,undertake additionalwork initiatively,take the sake of business and so on.Enterprises should give attentionto these areas and take effective measures.Second,according to the analysis results of demographic variables,gender,age,education,income,personality types are not significantly different on these fouraspects: work happinessjob performance,task performance and contextualperformance;Different ways to send and corporate types are different on taskperformance;Different work experience have a significant difference on workhappiness,job performance,task performance.Third, work happiness have a positive significant effect on job performance andits two dimensions.Fouth,six dimensions of work happiness and job performance: relationshipstatus happiness,salary and welfare happiness,working status happiness,careerdevelopment status happiness,organizational status happiness have a significantpositive impact on job performance; relationship status happiness,working statushappiness,career development status happiness,organizational status happiness havean obvious positive effect on job performance; relationship status happiness,salaryand welfare happiness, working status happiness,career development statushappiness,organizational status happiness, rights protection happiness have asignificant positive impact on contextual performance.Finally, according to the above of study results, we put forward somecountermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the work happiness of dispatchstaffs, thus improving their work performance.
