In recent years,labor dispatch mode has become popular throughout the country,and labor dispatch workers have emerged as the times require.Labor dispatch refers to a type of employment model employed by labor agencies to employ human resources to employers.The labor dispatch workers are a human resource which is signed with the labor agency and is sent to the labor unit to provide labor services.As a special participant in the social human resources service,the labor dispatch workers have made important contributions to the development of the society and the production of the enterprises.However,in the human resource management of the enterprise,it often ignores the particularity of the labor dispatch workers.In the face of the social status of the labor dispatch workers,it is very necessary to explore the characteristics and adaptability of the labor dispatch workers and serve the long-term development of the enterprises.The study of literature study found that the research on labor dispatch workers involved less.In order to better analyze the current situation of dispatched workers,this paper explores the relationship between labor involvement and work stress,and introduces the mediating effect of resilience.The present situation of labor force and work involvement is analyzed,and psychological elasticity is introduced to serve the long term development of labor dispatched workers.It also provides strategies for enterprises to retain talent.Based on the above theoretical and practical basis,this paper choose the dispatching work as samples,four aspects through the method of questionnaire investigation to collect the dispatched workers' demographic variables,mental resilience,job involvement and work stress,using SPSS21.0 descriptive analysis of the original data,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and the resilience of being involved in the intermediary effect of working stress and verified with path analysis by AMOS21.0 software results of structural equation model in this paper map variables.Finally,according to the conclusions of the research,some suggestions are provided for the labor resource management of the labor dispatch workers.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Resilience,work stress and job involvement was significant difference in the Demographic variables,psychological resilience and its dimension in marital status difference part was established,resilience and dimension on income difference part was established,the working pressure and its two dimensions was significant difference in income on.(2)The resilience of labor dispatch workers and the degree of job involvement are not high,at the middle level,and need to be improved.And the work stress level is higher than the average level,the labor dispatch workers' work stress.(3)Resilience and its three factors are positively correlated with job involvement.Resilience is negatively correlated with work stress.Work stress and its two factors are negatively correlated with job involvement.(4)The three factors of resilience predict the role of job involvement:resilience,self improvement,optimism,work stress two dimensions,and prediction of job involvement.(5)There is a mediating effect between resilience and work stress and job involvement.The path analysis of structural equation model shows that the influence of resilience on work stress is 0.261,the influence of resilience on job involvement is 0.556,and the influence of job stress on job involvement is 0.423.
