Based on the outlook of China Labor Dispatch industry market and investment strategy planning analysis report, 2013-2017, there are 30,000 labor dispatch companies with about 27 million dispatched employees, which is less than 5% of the whole employees in china. In the past two years, labor dispatch market in our country has been increased by more than 15% every year. China with the population of 1.3 billion, is a large labor market.Qianzhan.com estimated that by 2015, labor dispatched employees in china would be increased to 60 million, taking up more than 20% of the whole employees.Labor dispatch is of great importance to the stability and harmonious development of our society. Thus, the analysis of labor dispatch system has vital significance.In the first part, basic theory of labor dispatch is introduced. The author made a classification and especially, made an overall comparison between labor dispatch and other employment. At the same time, the author emphasized the prominent features of labor dispatch, paving the theoretical basis for the following analysis.In the second part, the author analyzed the reason of labor dispatch based on the development of labor dispatch abroad. At the same time, the author estimated the trend for labor dispatch in our country by combining its development both in china and abroad.In the third part, the author made a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of labor dispatch from professional and legal perspective, and further pointed out the problems existing in labor dispatch in china.In the fourth part, based on the previous study of labor dispatch study, the author raised suggestions to the improvement of labor dispatch employees and labor dispatch system, and put forward solutions to the completion of labor dispatch system in China.Even though our country’s labor dispatch industry is still at startup phase, it plays an important role in developing Chinese employment. It isn’t hard to say that, in the next period of time, labor dispatch will become an important form of employment, playing its specific role. This paper, by analyzing the producing, development and completion of labor dispatch system, provides fundamental basis for the completion of labor dispatch in china and also gives support for labor dispatched employees to defend their own legitimate right.
