Since the reform and opening up, people’s quality of life has a great improvement, andpeople have put more emphasis on their own working happiness experience under thebackground of the continuous evolution of democracy and modernization construction.Especially with the growing of new generation, the proportion accounted on the jobs isincreasing, playing an increasingly important part in the process of the development of anenterprise. However, the new generation employees that have grown up will have adistinctive personality characteristics and unique life demands under the specific environmentand cultural background. They pursue independence, freedom and they are self-confident.They eager to self-expression and hope to get approval. And they are facing pressures on thelife and work,which leads to new generation employees’ happiness experience and quality oflife are drastically going down. Therefore, developing management measures that are suitablefor the actual status of the new generation employees to promote their work happiness andraise the happiness levels and life quality, which is becoming a hot topic in the corporateworld to explore.The thesis at first introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of well-being andhappiness management, and then combining with the new generation employees’ personalityand professional characteristics. With the new generation staff in Hebei province as theresearch object, analysing present situation and finding out existing problems of workinghappiness. The study finds out that about the percent of61.13of the new generationemployees are unhappy and their happiness index score is low in our province. And its maininfluence factors including:(1) Duty do not match, employees have poor sense ofself-fulfillment;(2) Employee self control on the low side, lack of self-efficacy;(3) Thecompany unreasonable salary design, employee development potential is unclear;(4)Businesses are void of scientific motivation system, the staff are deficient of organizationalidentification;(5) Organizational climate lack of care and support, employees are wanting inrelationship harmony;(6) Weak consciousness of self-regulation lead to the conflict betweenwork and family. In view of the problem causes, then puts forward solutions from the aspect of organization and new generation employees to enhancing new generation employees’ workhappiness. The aim is to improve the level of the enterprises’ happiness management from theangel of enhancing staff well-being, in order to realize the enterprises’ happiness managementin Hebei province.
