Foreign enterprises became an indispensable part of domestic economic development,together with state—owned enterprises,private enterprises,institutions and other,since the Reform and Opening to the outside world.From the initial "foreign" to now "local",the development of labor dispatching brought new development opportunities to foreign enterprises,but also some problems.How to improve labor dispatch employees' job performance in foreign companies has become the most attracting thing to scholars and managers.There were some researches on the relationship between organizational justice and job performance,organizational justice and loyalty,but the research on labor dispatch employees' organizational justice and job performance was still on the way.So it should go further that the researches between labor dispatch employees in foreign companies organizational justice and its four dimensions and their loyalty and its three dimensions,and their influence mechanism to job performance.Taking labor dispatch employees of foreign enterprises as the object,using the form of depth interview and questionnaire survey,through the survey of 162 valid questionnaires of labor dispatch employees in the foreign enterprises,we collect a lot of data and analyze these data with regression analysis method.And the result shows that: firstly,organizational justice has significant positive effect on job performance,distribute justice,procedural justice and informational justice have significant positive effect on job performance.Distribute justice and procedural justice have significant positive effect on task performance,procedural justice and informational justice have significant positive effect on contextual performance.Secondly,organizational justice has significant positive effect on loyalty.Procedural justice,distribute justice and interpersonal justice have significant positive effect on loyalty.Procedural justice and distribute justice have significant positive effect on trust loyalty and relational loyalty.Interpersonal justice and procedural justice have significant positive effect on emotional loyalty.Thirdly,loyalty has significant positive effect on job performance.Emotional loyalty,relational loyalty and trust loyalty have significant positive effect on job performance.Emotional loyalty and relational loyalty have significant positive effect on task performance.Relational loyalty,emotional loyalty and trust loyalty have significant positive effect on contextual performance.Fourthly,loyalty plays an intermediate role between organizational justice and job performance.Finally,working years,educational background and such demographic variables has a significant influence on job performance.Finally,working experience and education background have significant effect on job performance.The higher the level of education,the relational loyalty,loyalty and relationship performance is higher.The labor dispatch employees' informational justice,trust loyalty and task performance is the highest in 4-5 years' working experience.The main innovations of this paper are: firstly,the research object is refined.This research focus on the foreign labor dispatch workers.Secondly,the research frame is more systematization.This study propose the framework of “organizational justice---loyalty---job performance”.Thirdly,the research content is much deeper,not only to explore the relationship between these variables,but also discuss their dimensions' relationship.This study find that organizational justice has a positive direct impact on loyalty and study its mechanism.This study find that loyalty has positive direct impact on job performance and study its mechanism.
