Along with the economic globalization and the intensification of social division of labor, the increase of social pressure, job burnout has become a major killer in the workplace.The result of the "Investigation of2013Chinese job burnout" shows that every10people around us, there is one job burnout.All management consultants have the characteristics of role stress and long working overtime.In the face of the pressure of competition, advisers will feel such as role stress, low personal accomplishment, role ambiguity, and so on and so forth.All of these lead to the loss of enterprise personnel, employees’job burnout, bring adverse effect,As intelligence intensive service industry, management consultants is the core of the management consulting firms.Employee’s physical and mental state is very important for enterprises.For the causes of job burnout and mitigation countermeasures research has focused on teachers, doctors, nurses and so on service industry.Research for enterprise employees also relatively rare.To the domestic management consulting enterprise consultant for object, study of role stress and job burnout research is also very rare.This study through the literature consult, literature review, the classification of the basic theory to define the research object and scope of research. At the same time to formulate the research outline. Involved in the study of refining the core issue of the theoretical framework on the basis of the building. Perceived organizational support was introduced as a intervening variable, role stress on job burnout and the influence of perceived organizational support mechanism system of research, to explore the influence mechanism between the three variables.Consultants in different areas of management consulting enterprise questionnaire research, analysis of data processing.The empirical results show that role stress on job burnout has significant predict effect, role stress on organizational support are significant positive correlation.Perceived organizational support on job burnout present a very significant negative correlation.And statistical result shows that the enterprise employees’ perceived organizational support in the process of role stress on job burnout partial intermediary effect.According to the conclusions of this study, the final from reduce role stress and role ambiguity and improve employees perceived organizational support and so on several aspects, put forward to alleviate the management of the enterprise employees’ job burnout in the methods and Suggestions.
